Terms of Use

1. The service
LipSyncer ("the site") provides browser-based AI lip sync: uploading a photo or short video plus an audio clip, and receiving a generated short video in which the mouth moves in time with the audio. Renders run on third-party AI infrastructure. One free video is available per person per day; additional renders require one-time credit packs purchased via PayPal.
2. Your content and your responsibilities
You keep all rights to the photos, videos and audio you upload ("your content"). By uploading, you represent that:
- You own your content or have all rights and permissions needed to use it — including the rights to any audio;
- For every identifiable person appearing in your content, you have their consent to create a lip synced video of them, and you will not use the result to misrepresent their words, views or actions;
- Your content does not violate any law and does not depict illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit material;
- You will not use the site to harass, defame, or deceive anyone.
You are solely responsible for the videos you create and how you use and publish them. See the copyright & likeness policy for details on consent and takedowns.
3. What the site does not promise
Renders are 480p MP4s of up to 10 seconds of audio — resolution, length and quality are as described on the pages of this site, on every plan including paid ones. We do not promise any particular level of realism, and we make no claim that results will pass any detector or survive any scrutiny; this is an entertainment and creative tool. Rendered video links expire after 24 hours — download your results promptly.
4. Credits and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases delivered to the browser token shown at checkout; credits do not expire. A render that fails on the engine side does not consume a credit. If credits do not arrive after payment, contact support with your transaction ID and browser token and we will fix it. Credits are tied to a browser token, not an account — clearing browser storage loses the token. Where required by law, statutory refund rights apply.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to abuse the free tier (multiple accounts, automated volume, circumventing rate limits), do not upload content you do not have rights to, and do not create videos intended to deceive — including political deepfakes, fake endorsements, or non-consensual sexual content. We may refuse renders or block access for violations.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
